 Executive Board Members: 04                                        Date: May 13, 2010

 Members and Guests: 00                                                 Time: 5:38 pm

 

 

Meeting called to order by President Anthony Davis at 5:38 pm.

 

Mr. Davis brought up the minutes from last meeting.  

 

Motion by Mr. Louks and second by Mr. Barnes to accept minutes from March 2010

Meeting. Motion passed.

 

Mr. Louks stated we have a total of $2,829.15 in the bank account.

 

Mr. Louks brought up about the 2010 Washington State Lodge conference. The conference is being held on October 1 - 3, 2010. The following E-board members are attending: Anthony Davis, Earl Louks, Dan Martinez, Steven Barnes, Antonio Martin and Emma Davis.

 

Mr. Davis brought up FOP Cops and Kids program and that he would like to go on and will check into trying to get a Chairman to run the program.

 

Mr. Louks will try and get permission to link Brien Ford to our web site.

 

The next meeting will be held on July 8, 2010 at 5:30 pm. At the following location

Motion by Mr. Louks and second by Mr. Barnes to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed.
